Shipping policy

Order Processing:

We generally begin processing orders within 1 hour of being received.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We currently offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays

Estimated delivery times:

• Production: 1-2 business days
• Delivery: 3-5 business days

 

Tracking:

Once your order has been produced and handed over to the carrier, it will be entered into their delivery system and a tracking number will be automatically generated and sent to you in a confirmation email. Production generally takes 1-2 days (not including weekends or public holidays).

 

Customs & Duties:

If applicable, customers are responsible for any taxes or duties on international orders.

 

Items Damaged During Delivery

If your parcel arrives damaged during transit (for example, if the packaging is torn, crushed, or shows signs of mishandling), please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the damaged item
• Photographs of the packaging (where possible)

Once we've reviewed your claim, we'll normally arrange either a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost. In most cases, you won't need to return the damaged item.

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we'll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
